Retailing Biofuels: A Guide to Reading Applicable Federal Regulations

This report compiles all of the federal regulations and third party standards applicable to storing and selling biofuels, including those mandated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Federal Trade Commission and Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
